The Noetzie Experience

Noetzie is not overly isolated but it is still a destination which is perfect for just relaxing and enjoying.

This is what our past guests have had to say.

A group of foreign guests travelling with their tour guide spent a few nights at Lindsay Castle

Where should I start?

I am blown away and the guests were as well. What a spot, what an epic view and what an accommodation which is put together with love, care and detail. We fully enjoyed our stay and it was hard to convince the guests that we have to leave!!!

To sum up:

Brilliant, already spoke to the head office and we will keep you very high in the books of suppliers, also when we get international business guests! The maid was excellent as well and there is not much more to say!

Absolutely excellent! Thank you very much for an unforgetable stay!

A family reunited at Craighross Castle

We chose Craighross castle for a reunion of our international family. There were fourteen of us and we stayed for a week. The location is easily the most beautiful place we have ever seen: lush, unspoilt forest on one side and wide sandy shore of the Indian Ocean on the other – absolutely stunning!

We had lots of plans of exploring the area and going to far away places like Cango Caves but once we got to the castle nobody wanted to leave and go anywhere else. There was something to do for everyone: younger children spent days on the beach digging and exploring, parents sunbathed or went for long jogs along the ocean line, grandparents spent time on the magnificent veranda enjoying the view.

The beach was deserted apart from an occasional couple or two and yet we felt completely safe. All of us came from various big cities and spending 7 days surrounded by natural beauty was incredibly therapeutic. The castle itself is very tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. In the evenings we all gathered in front of the fire in a beautiful living room and played games.

Being in close proximity to the ocean, the castle can feel a bit damp in the evenings but the easy to use gas fireplaces really helped. The management company were very friendly and efficient: all our luggage was transported from and to the cars, beds were moved to accommodate younger children, maintenance issues promptly attended too. Overall it was an unforgettable experience. One word of caution, the house is not for less able travellers as you have to go down some steep stairs to get to it.

Recently the travel program, Latitude, visited Noetzie Beach, watch the episode here

Please note that they (Latitude) only reviewed the castles which fall under the Conrad Pezula. Our castles are more budget friendly 😉
